We process your data where it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, where processing is necessary for us to comply with a legal obligation, and where it is necessary for our legitimate interests provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. Where none of these grounds apply, we process your data only on the basis of your explicit consent.
How We Collect Data
Data is collected, partly by automated means, through the contact and price request forms on our website, by telephone, WhatsApp and e-mail, at fairs and promotional events, and during meetings at our sales office.
Sharing
Your data may be shared, limited to the purposes above, with public authorities where required by law, our legal advisers, business partners involved in the sales process, and suppliers providing hosting, e-mail and security services. Where suppliers are located abroad, transfers are made in accordance with the conditions required by applicable legislation.
Visit Statistics and Measurement Tools
We use our own counter to understand how many people view which pages. It sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses: your IP address and browser information are hashed irreversibly with a key that changes every day, and only aggregate figures are kept. This measurement is not shared with third parties.
In addition, third party measurement tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager may be used. These tools run only if you give consent through the cookie banner; without consent no third party measurement code is loaded. Retention
We keep your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and for the limitation periods set out in legislation. Once those periods expire or the purpose no longer applies, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
